The workers that came to do the job were competent and efficient and came with the correct materials for the repair.
I had some issues with the office staff in this case. I had to continually leave messages to.ask when the workers would show up to.do the repairs. No reply. After the initial contact I never got a call or email as to exactly when they would be on the job. Luckily I was home when they showed up and it was a surprise!
Metropolitan installed my roof 14 years ago. The other day I noticed the water coming from above the window. Called them up and glad that they were able to come out and inspect the roof on the same day and able to fix it the following day. I wish I’d asked for they names. They were nice and thorough and shared photos where the water leak is coming from. Thank you once again Metropolitan crews for your accommodations and hard work.
